If you are making an order with an important deadline, it's worth phoning or emailing just to see whether we have your item and size in stock. Most items will be with you inside a week, but tiny or huge rings, and a couple of other pieces have to be made to order and may take up to four weeks. Please ask and avoid disappointment.
Our shipping cost is quoted for UK and EU Special Delivery and it has just gone up (April 2009) to a whopping £4.95. We charge it at cost price, no more. This is insured and signed-for so please be sure that this is convenient (collecting from the sorting office can be tiresome).
